In order to guide enterprises to precisely develop international markets, further optimize the layout of international markets, and promote the stable development of the province's foreign trade, the Department of Commerce has developed a recommended list of international exhibitions and exhibitions for domestic sales in 2022. The relevant matters are notified as follows.<\/p>\n
I. General Arrangement<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\nAccording to the principle of combining consolidation of traditional markets and development of emerging markets, encrypting the layout of RCEP and exhibition projects in countries along the \"Belt and Road\", encouraging enterprises to participate in independent brand exhibitions and international professional and application-oriented exhibitions, and according to the province's advantageous export industries, key export commodities and main target markets, the list of recommended international exhibitions for 2022 is determined. According to the advantageous export industries, key export commodities and main target markets of our province, we will determine the recommended list of international exhibitions in 2022, with 155 exhibition projects, including 45 first-class exhibitions (key support exhibitions), 60 second-class exhibitions (key recommendation exhibitions) and 50 third-class exhibitions (general exhibitions); we will determine the recommended list of exhibitions for domestic sales in 2022, with 20 exhibition projects.<\/p>\n
II.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Related matters<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n(A) enterprises to participate in international exhibitions are to enjoy the development of international markets project funding support, specific support standards in accordance with the \"Henan Provincial Department of Commerce Henan Provincial Department of Finance on the issuance of Henan Province international exhibition project management measures (for trial implementation) notice\" (Yushang Foreign Trade [2020] No. 4) and the \"Henan Provincial Department of Commerce Henan Provincial Department of Finance on the clarification of support for enterprises to develop international markets related policies notice\" ( (Yushang Foreign Trade [2021) No. 21) document implementation.<\/p>\n
(B) the recommended list of international exhibitions is a guiding list, enterprises participating in other international exhibitions not listed in the recommended list, in accordance with the third category of exhibition subsidy standards to support.<\/p>\n
(C) enterprises to participate in the recommended directory of 20 exhibitions included in the transfer of domestic sales, each exhibition of 10,000 yuan per enterprise subsidies.<\/p>\n
(d) Due to the impact of the epidemic, the time of holding some exhibitions may be adjusted, subject to the final determination of the organizer.<\/p>\n
(5) Please pay great attention to the competent departments of commerce around the organization of enterprises to participate in international exhibitions and domestic sales exhibitions as \"stable foreign trade\" an important grasp, according to the published list of recommended exhibitions, combined with the development of local foreign trade industry and develop the actual market, mobilize and guide enterprises to use the formal organization of the exhibition actively participate in the market, take the initiative to expand the market, take orders. The exhibition will be organized by the local foreign trade industry and the actual market development.<\/p>\n
(f) The Department of Commerce will strengthen performance management and select some exhibition projects to carry out performance evaluation as an important basis for developing the recommended list of exhibitions for the next year.<\/p>\n
