Messe Frankfurt is organized by Messe Frankfurt GmbH, a leading German trade fair for automotive parts and accessories. The exhibition was founded in 1971, every two years, so far 45 years of history, is the world's largest international auto parts, process equipment and related industrial exhibition. It is one of the five most prestigious international auto shows in the world today and one of the top three auto parts shows in the world. The show has a long history and far-reaching influence, and is the originator of the Frankfurt Auto Parts Fair series. In 2014, Automechanika will be renamed as "Automechanika Frankfurt", which is the result of Messe Frankfurt's strategic decision on brand recognition, and the Automechanika series will be named after the city where it is located, which will further clarify the target group of the exhibition and improve the recognition of the exhibition.
