斯里兰卡建材展览会 Build SL由斯里兰卡建筑商会the Chamber of Construction Industry, Sri Lanka (CCI) 主办，斯里兰卡建筑商会the Chamber of Construction Industry, Sri Lanka (CCI) 成立于2001年，由斯里兰卡相关学会的专业人士及国家建筑协会组成，商会目前拥有包括私人和国家团体在内的250多个会员单位，其中有建筑承包商，多学科咨询学院，服务供应商，家具及室内装饰制造商等在内的建筑制造商和零售商。展会的举办地在斯里兰卡，斯里兰卡是热带岛国，有“印度洋上的明珠”的美称，国土面积65,610平方公里，有着美丽绝伦的海滨，神秘莫测的古城，丰富的自然遗产，以及独特迷人的文化。斯里兰卡四季如夏，无四季之分，只有雨季和旱季,是旅游度假休闲圣地，一个比马尔代夫还美的地方。

In September 2014, during President Xi Jinping's state visit to Sri Lanka, he announced the launch of China-Sri Lanka FTA negotiations. At present, China's main imports from Sri Lanka include rubber and its products, black tea, gemstones and coconut oil, etc., while its main exports include textiles, mechanical and electrical products, building materials, small hardware and medicine, etc. Some Chinese famous brand products, such as Haier home appliances, Huawei cell phones, light motorcycles, etc. have entered the S. market.
