Application Process
- 在https://visa.vfsglobal.com/chn/zh/ita 网站上进行预约 选择办理的北京意大利签证中心和办理的时间段。
- You need to provide real information to make an appointment You can print out the appointment slip after successful appointment.
- Arrive early at the visa center with your passport, visa documents and appointment slip before the selected appointment time.
- Waiting for the number to be called for submission The counter staff will serve you, if you do not have the Schengen fingerprint information valid for 59 months, you must submit it in person and the fingerprints will be taken on site.
- Choose to pick up your passport by mail or self pickup, depending on the situation.
- Staff can leave the site after confirming that the process is complete.
- You can check the progress of visa processing on the official website with the confirmation number on the receipt. The visa is usually issued within 15 working days if the documents are complete and qualified. If there are special circumstances or the embassy notifies you, the processing time may be a little longer.
- 出签后如果是选择自取的方式 则在接到签证中心的电话通知后，可前往签证中心领取护照。非本人领取的情况，需要提供由委托人出具的委托书并且必须有委托人的中国汉字亲笔亲自签名 电子签无效 英文或者拼音无效。并同时出具被委托人身份证复印件和在职证明原件。
- 拿到护照 流程结束，在签证有效期内出行，检查签证有效期的天数和实际出发天数。
