In order to guide enterprises to accurately "go out" to expand the market to grasp orders and stabilize the share, guide enterprises to develop diversified international markets, and promote the optimization of export commodity structure and international market layout, combined with the actual import and export of our province and the key market situation, the Department of Commerce has developed the 2023 overseas 100 exhibition market development plan. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. General idea

(1) Stabilize the main market share. To 20 key markets as a grasp, enhance the RCEP market, stabilize the European, U.S. and Latin American markets, expand the "Belt and Road", the African market. Strengthen the overall effectiveness of RCEP implementation, focus on promoting tires, machine tools, electric power equipment and other advantageous products to expand exports to ASEAN, and promote food and agricultural products, textiles and garments to stabilize exports to Japan and South Korea with the benefit of RCEP policy. Increase the development of the European and American markets, and focus on promoting energy-saving equipment, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, green building materials, deep processing of agricultural products, machinery and equipment, sports and leisure goods, high-end textile and clothing, auto parts, hardware and building materials to expand the scale of exports to Europe and the United States. Precise docking "one belt and one road", the African market demand, to promote machinery and equipment, hardware and building materials, tires and auto parts, power equipment and other key products to enhance market share.

(B) increase the cultivation of new industry exhibitions. With the exhibition platform to organize the "Lu products to the sea warehouse full of global" series of activities, through the exhibition to build a docking platform to guide the province's cross-border e-commerce platform, market procurement trade entities, public overseas warehouses, overseas economic and trade cooperation parks and foreign trade enterprises to jointly participate. The SPONSOR organizes and implements exhibitions around the annual task target, and each city selects its own key exhibitions from the key recommended exhibitions according to the industrial characteristics and enterprise needs, formulates municipal annual market development plans, coordinates the use of central, provincial and municipal special funds and the province's cross-border e-commerce public overseas warehouses, overseas economic and trade cooperation parks, overseas marketing networks and other resources and channels, and guides enterprises to explore market potential and cultivate new growth points. II. General Arrangement

In 2023, 130 exhibition projects are to be arranged, all of which are offline exhibitions. Among them, including 10 in the host category and 120 in the key recommendation category.

(A) Hosted type of exhibitions. Hosted or co-hosted in the form of Japan, Singapore, Russia, Hungary, Nigeria, Tanzania, the United States and other markets

(2) Key recommended exhibitions. Focusing on RCEP, "One Belt, One Road", Europe, Africa, Latin America and other regional markets of 20 countries, 120 international exhibitions with strong influence are recommended, including 38 mechanical and electrical, 19 food and agricultural products, 13 textile and garment, 13 hardware and building materials, 12 household products, 10 pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

III, Organization and implementation

(1) Do a good job in organizing and implementing exhibitions. According to the principle of unified management and classification of overseas exhibitions, the Foreign Trade Department and the Service Trade Department will take the lead in organizing exhibitions and adjusting the exhibition plan according to the changes in the international market; each city will organize and implement key recommended exhibitions in accordance with the actual situation of the city.

(2) Continue to give financial policy support. In order to further expand the coverage of enterprises, subsidies of not less than 80% will be given to the booth fees of organizing exhibitions and key exhibitions organized by municipalities in 2023. The organizers of the exhibitions will be supported by provincial special funds, and the enterprises will be given pre-show subsidies for booth fees, booth construction and exhibit transportation, as well as support for exhibition promotion and customer invitation fees; the key exhibitions organized by the municipalities will be supported by the central foreign trade and economic development special funds and municipal special funds, and the enterprises will be given post-show subsidies for booth fees, booth construction and exhibit transportation.
